I’m Brandi, founder and owner of Fulton’s Accounting Services. I am THE BEAUTY ACCOUNTANT. Born and raised in Philadelphia, I saw the lack of financial education and resources in my community. During my high school years, I knew I was going to be an accountant and make a change, I just wasn’t sure how or when. I started doing taxes my freshman year of college, I was the go-to person for all the college students to get their taxes done for the low. I worked at a Big-4 accounting firm and then went into corporate working for insurance. While working I grew my tax return hobby into a career.

In 2017 I launched my business doing tax preparation for friends and family. Since then, my business has been growing and adding new clients consistently. 2020, during the pandemic my business blew up and I gained so many clients I could barely keep up. With so much funding, grants, tax credits being given I knew this was my sign to do something big. After having my son at the end of 2020, I knew I was going to be a full-time entrepreneur soon.

While going through this journey I knew there was a desperate need for an accountant in the beauty industry. So much money was being made and way too much was being spent. There was a lack of education in this industry, and I knew right there this was my sign. There is so much information that beauty professionals aren’t taught while going through school. I am here to break that cycle.
